Masters of Social Work
I am a clinician at our Chelsea clinic who provides therapy services!
I believe everyone deserves support and someone in their corner. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel validated. I welcome any individuals who are open to personal growth and ready to engage in the therapeutic process—whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, the impact of substance use, or maybe something you aren’t sure of yet. Together, we can build skills in communication, coping, emotional regulation, and social connection to support your growth and healing.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized, using a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Acceptance-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in helping clients identify and shift negative thinking patterns and self-talk—especially around anxiety and depression—through cognitive reframing and other supportive techniques.
I strive to meet each client where they are, with empathy and without judgment. I believe that the answers often lie within you, and my role is to help guide you toward your own insights and solutions.
I consider it an honor to be a small part of your journey. I bring a blend of empathy, directness, and a touch of humor to the work we do together. All are welcome—I aim to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and understood.
