Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Beverly clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who presents with unresolved childhood trauma and experiences difficulty adapting to life’s demands as a result. They may struggle with emotional regulation, self-worth, trust in relationships, or a sense of identity. This client is often seeking deeper healing and understanding of how past experiences continue to impact their present thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. They are open to exploring the root causes of their pain and committed to personal growth, even if the path feels uncertain or challenging.
My primary areas of concentration are trauma, addiction, and family systems. I work with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper roots of their emotional pain, especially those shaped by unresolved childhood trauma, generational wounds, and attachment disruptions. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, or self-sabotaging behaviors that stem from early life experiences and are seeking meaningful, lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and spiritually attuned. I combine evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with holistic methods like Shadow Work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), muscle testing, and somatic awareness practices. I also incorporate energy-based approaches, including Reiki and quantum healing, to support clients in accessing deeper layers of the body-mind system where trauma and energetic imprints are stored.
Muscle testing serves as a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious and identifying underlying beliefs, emotional blocks, or energetic imbalances. Reiki and quantum healing further support the body’s natural capacity to release trauma, restore energetic flow, and align with one’s inner healing intelligence.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space rooted in compassion and cultural sensitivity, honoring the unique background and spiritual framework of each individual. My work is guided by the belief that healing is not only possible but also transformational when we integrate the psychological, emotional, physical, and energetic aspects of ourselves.
My work centers around trauma, addiction, and family systems, with a deep commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their true selves. Many of my clients carry unresolved childhood trauma, emotional pain, and limiting beliefs that have shaped how they see themselves and relate to the world. They often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—and ready to find clarity, healing, and inner peace.
I offer a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Trust is essential in the healing process, and I honor each person’s unique journey. I do not see myself as a “fixer,” but rather as a guide—walking alongside my clients as they reclaim their sense of self, worth, and wholeness.
