Our Springfield, MA team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

To confirm coverage, please contact our central intake team. They will review your specific plan and connect you with an appropriate mental health care provider who accepts your insurance.
Our Springfield clinic is located amongst Baystate medical buildings. We share a building with Summit Eldercare and Fallon Health, and you will want to park on the side of the building that has black chain link fencing. The parking lot is quite large, and free to park all day.
Use the entrance with large glass windows and doors with visible elevators, and take one of the elevators to the second floor. Exit and turn right and you will see our frosted glass door, which says West Central Mental Health.
