Our Milford, MA team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

To reach our Milford clinic at 25 Birch St, Suite 204, Building B, Milford, MA 01757, take the MA-109 W/Main Street. Continue on MA-109 W/Main Street toward West Street. Make a left onto West Street and proceed for a few miles until you reach Birch Street on your right. Turn right onto Birch Street, and our clinic is in Building B, which will be on your left-hand side after you pass a small shopping area.
Once you enter Building B, locate the elevator or stairs to the second floor. Our clinic, Suite 204, is situated toward the east end of the hallway.
