Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a clinician at our Middleboro clinic who provides therapy services!
I’d like to collaborate individuals from all walks of life, including adults, adolescents, and children. Client’s looking to make change and work toward their personal goals are those that I hope to encounter, creating a warm, safe, judgement free environment to share details of their experiences.
I aim to connect with clients and form a positive working therapeutic relationship that provides empathy, understanding, acceptance and hope for those with mental health challenges such as anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, relationship issues, and any other life challenges and transitions.
I appreciate that everyone has a different worldview and understandings of their experience, aiming to assist clients using an eclectic approach, based on psychotherapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, client centered and strengths-based approaches, as well as mindfulness, which is an important concept in my work.
