Brittney Kil, MA

Masters Mental Health Counselor

Ideally, I’d like to provide support to adolescents and adults who are hoping to explore relationship concerns, process grief and loss, find confidence in themselves, or navigate transitions in their identity.

My style of therapy is based in a person-centered, humanistic approach that incorporates techniques from DBT, ACT, Feminist Therapy, and Trauma Therapy. By using these styles, I hope to foster an encouraging relationship with my clients in which they can endure life’s hardships and feel empowered.

I can offer therapy in both English and Korean.

Because life can be unpredictable and throws a lot of struggles in our path, it can be comforting to have someone walk life with you, reminding you of your strength and capacity to overcome difficulties. I hope we can have transparent conversations and hold hope for the transformative nature of change.
