My name is Amy Sedlis, a clinician at our Dedham, MA clinic who provides therapy services.

I have been in the field for over 20 years. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, active listening and that belief that healing begins through authentic human connections. I. have built strong therapeutic relationships with clients ranging in age from five to ninety-seven, supporting them through life transitions, loss, and personal growth. I am deeply committed to using best practices and evidence informed approaches as we work together to identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and foster lasting change.

I specialize in anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, women’s health and reproductive health, stress management, trauma, and marriage and family challenges. I am also provide therapy for eating disorders/body related challenges in all ages.
