Mental Health Counselor

I am a counselor at our Woburn, MA clinic who provides therapy services!

My name is Ashley, and I’m currently working toward my LMHC licensure while offering outpatient therapy at the NEHS Woburn Office. I completed my graduate studies at Boston College and spent my first six years working in the Boston Public School system — an experience that sparked my deep passion for helping children and families. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want you to know you’ll find a warm, open-minded, and welcoming space with me — a place where you can show up exactly as you are, no judgment. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I’m passionate about helping people find their happiest, healthiest selves. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care, drawing on CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices to meet each client where they are and support their unique journey. Having navigated my own struggles with anxiety and life’s challenges, I know firsthand how important it is to find the right therapist — someone who truly guides you along the path toward your authentic self. In my work with children, I use play, art, and movement therapy to help them understand and label their feelings, build positive coping skills, and regulate their emotions in ways that feel natural and developmentally right for them. With teens and adults, I lean on person-centered and talk therapy, woven together with trauma-informed CBT and DBT, to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

However you arrive, you’ll be met with compassion, collaboration, and genuine care.
