Caroline Knutti, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by persistent feelings of sadness, worry, or intrusive thoughts that disrupt their daily life and are seeking relief to find a path forward. This individual may feel stuck, exhausted, or uncertain about how to regain control, but they are motivated to explore solutions and make meaningful changes. Their goals may include finding balance, reducing the intensity of their symptoms, and fostering a sense of well-being in their daily life. They want to feel validated in their experiences and collaborate on a treatment plan that targets their unique needs.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in medication management to promote balance and a sense of clarity within one’s mind and body. I aim to reduce distressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other emotions, beliefs, or behaviors to improve daily functioning in personal, occupational, academic, and social settings. I utilize an open, honest, and judgment-free approach to support clients.

I want my patients to know that they are not alone and that their stories matter. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals embrace their authentic selves and build resilience while fostering a healthy mind and body. I believe in a collaborative approach to care, where we work together to navigate challenges and uncover solutions tailored to their unique needs. Taking the first step can be intimidating, but reaching out is a sign of strength. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
