Ahhabya Leconte, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

I offer therapy services at our Brockton clinic.

As a Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges and transitions, I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered toward their personal goals. My professional experiences, along with my personal experiences as a wife and mom, have deepened my appreciation for the unique strengths, struggles, and responsibilities individuals carry. I take a warm, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to counseling, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, working toward meaningful changes.

I support children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationships, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach with CBT, DBT skills, and play/art therapy, we work together to build coping skills, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. Together, we will focus on your unique needs and goals.

Reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming, sometimes intimidating. As your counselor, I will walk alongside you as we navigate challenges and difficult seasons, and discover strengths, working toward your desired quality of life. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. I am honored to be part of your journey!
