Our West Springfield, MA team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and TMS therapy. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

West Central Family and Counseling is now West Central Mental Health. Our West Springfield clinic is at 103 Myron Street, Suite A, West Springfield, MA 01089. Suppose you’re coming from the north, head southbound on I-91 toward Exit 13B for US-5 S/Riverdale Street. Follow Riverdale Street and make a left onto Elm Street. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach Myron Street on your right. The clinic will be on your left.
For those approaching from the south, start by driving north on I-91, taking Exit 4 for I-291 W toward W Springfield. Merge onto I-291 W, then take Exit 1B for US-20 W/Main Street toward W Springfield. Continue on US-20 W/Main Street, and turn right onto Park Street, which becomes Myron Street shortly after Memorial Avenue intersection. Continue on Myron Street, and our clinic will be on your right.
