Whitney Mam, LMHC
Clinic Director
I am The Clinic Director at our
Danvers clinic!
Therapy, to me, is a space where people can exhale—where the heavy feels a little lighter, and curiosity has room to grow. I see healing as both gentle and playful, a process that unfolds in surprising and meaningful ways.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults, been a member/advocate of the queer community, and worked with individuals on the autism spectrum across all levels. Each person has reminded me that growth isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about creating safety, honoring individuality, and celebrating resilience.
These same values shape how I lead my team. I believe in authenticity, respect, and a touch of whimsy—whether I’m guiding providers through challenges or encouraging creativity in care. I aim to foster an environment where my team can bring their full selves to the work, feel supported, and grow alongside their clients. Within NEHS Danvers, growth isn’t just possible, it’s celebrated.
