My ideal client would be someone who feels talking to someone could improve the quality of their life. A client who maybe struggling, or unsure, of what the obstacles that have made their life difficult are. A client who is looking for the expertise of a counselor who has been working in the field of mental health and substance use disorder.

I feel I can help a client reach goals that are important to them. My specialties are in mood disorders and substance abuse. I offer my clients a non-judgmental way of helping them reach their objectives. I have over 20 years of working in the field of mental health and substance abuse which has enabled me to increase my insight of community-based resources. My knowledge of community-based resources has helped many clients utilize all therapeutic resources that could be available to them. I have helped many people through motivation and support in their journey toward success.

I understand the challenges of a client trying to find the time to utilize therapy. I feel comfortable with providing telehealth services and direct in-person services. I believe in providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere for a client to grow at their own pace. Clients will be encouraged to reflect on their objectives and be supported in the process of change.
