Sonchyline Sterling, MSW

Social Worker

I am a Master of Social Work–trained clinician who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, and life transitions. I offer therapy services at our Brockton, MA clinic. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT and person-centered therapy. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive space where clients feel heard and empowered, with a focus on building practical coping skills and fostering meaningful change.

I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, and life transitions. Using a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, I help clients build coping skills and resilience in an inclusive, affirming space.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve had past experiences where you didn’t feel fully understood or supported. I want you to know that I approach this work with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your pace and your story. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, not to judge, rush, or “fix” you.
