Shauna Bienvenue, MS, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

Hi, I’m Shauna. I am a clinician at our Attleboro, MA clinic who provides therapy services.

I work with adolescents and young adults using a creative, person-centered approach. You can come as you are—pajamas included. We might talk, draw, write, or just breathe while we sort through what’s been feeling heavy and build tools that make daily life feel more manageable.

I help adolescents and young adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and big emotions. I often use art, journaling, and narrative work alongside CBT and DBT skills. Creativity can make it easier to express what feels hard to say and can turn coping skills into something more personal and usable.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. You won’t be rushed, judged, or expected to have the right answers. I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I offer a creative and supportive approach that meets you where you are, even on hard days. I’d welcome the chance to work together.
