I enjoy working with reflective, motivated adults who are ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration and personal growth. My ideal clients are those who wish to lean into their strengths as a foundation for navigating life’s challenges and creating the changes they desire. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transition issues, divorce, grief, or other personal challenges. These individuals are curious about themselves, open to gaining deeper insights, and committed to the work of building a more fulfilling and authentic life. Together, we co-create a safe and supportive space where they can explore their inner world, embrace their resilience, and take purposeful steps toward their goals.

As a clinician, I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental presence to our work together, creating a warm, trusting, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your challenges and goals. I am a good listener with ample life and career experience, which helps me connect with a wide range of experiences and perspectives. Using a co-active approach, I partner with you to identify your unique strengths and develop personalized strategies to foster growth and resilience. I blend evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and strength-based counseling to help you gain insights, build coping skills, and navigate change effectively. I also challenge limiting beliefs that may hold you back and celebrate your progress and successes, empowering you to move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I deeply value the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I am honored to walk alongside them on their journey. Life can be challenging, and no one has to navigate those challenges alone. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to provide guidance, tools, and a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can discover their path forward.
