As a therapist, I approach my work through a trauma-informed and holistic lens, grounded in the understanding of how the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems shape our experiences. My goal is to help clients explore the root causes of their challenges while supporting them in becoming the most authentic and empowered versions of themselves.
I integrate somatic work, bilateral stimulation, attachment-based therapy, meditation, and perspective-shifting techniques to support clients in becoming more awake in their bodies and attuned to their inner world. Together, we work to gently nurture the parts of themselves that feel uncomfortable, disconnected, or overwhelmed—creating space for healing, self-acceptance, and lasting change.
Central to my approach is the process of recreating neural pathways through consistent, compassionate practice. I believe transformation happens not just through insight, but through embodied experience. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are ready to work on themselves, open to inner exploration, and committed to managing their symptoms with clarity and care.
