I am a provider at our Haverhill clinic who offers psychiatric services!

My ideal client is a client who wants to engage in the treatment planning process. Their issues may focus on emotional regulation, positive self-image, resilience, self-awareness, stress management, or setting goals. They aim to achieve quality of life as well as a bright and healthy future. They want to work with a practitioner who listens to their concerns and helps guide them to improved mental health and overall wellness. The ideal client learns to utilize coping mechanisms, enabling them to maintain healthy relationships and exhibit well-being and resilience while actively participating in their own care.

I specialize in treating mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety, and other chronic mental illnesses through psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention for all ages. I work with patients to develop an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan that values patient-centered care, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

My goal is to provide a stigma-free environment that is both supportive and understanding. I am passionate about building therapeutic relationships while providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services for those who may be struggling with their mental health.
