Marriage and Family Therapist
I support clients across the lifespan in navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, or major life transitions. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed and seek clarity and healing, I offer a safe space to help you feel empowered and understood. I also specialize in working with couples and families with goals to improve communication and strengthen their relationships.
Trained in the systems approach to therapy, I like to view issues from the outside in. I draw from evidence-based models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy to help individuals, couples, and families improve communication, regulate emotions, and break unhelpful cycles. I provide therapy in English and Korean.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but even by simply exploring your options you’ve already taken the most important step—the first one!
