Naz Yenmez, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I provide psychiatric services via telehealth at our Foxborough clinic. I began my nursing journey at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, where I developed a strong clinical foundation through years of experience in inpatient oncology and medical-surgical nursing. Over time, I discovered my true passion in psychiatric care and went on to complete my PMHNP training at Boston College, graduating in 2021.
I specialize in general psychiatry, treating a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and anxiety. My primary focus is on individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI), often complicated by co-occurring substance use disorders. I believe in forming long-term, meaningful connections with my patients, helping them lead authentic, empowered lives.
My approach is relaxed, supportive, and individualized. I strive to understand each person holistically and tailor treatment plans using a combination of medication management and therapeutic strategies when appropriate. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can work together to address your unique needs and goals.
It takes courage to seek support for your mental health—you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, I’ll walk alongside you on a path toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. Reach out to connect—I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
There is no health without mental health.
