Hello, my name is Natalie Jones. I offer therapy services at our Braintree clinic.
I am a Therapist who uses various approaches, but always keeps the person and their goals at the center regardless of the modality I utilize. All of the modalities I utilize, are evidence based, such as; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness,
Solutions-Focused Therapy, Narrative, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. I have experience working with adults from ages 18 to 80, from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. I also work with couples, individuals in recovery, and people that have dual-diagnoses.
I adopt a Trauma-informed lens to create a non-judgmental, affirming therapeutic relationship, providing a safe space for clients to explore their vulnerabilities, learn ways to manage stress and other difficult symptoms, and address past traumas.
I adapt my approach to each person’s needs, with respect and cultural sensitivity, to improve quality of life.
