Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I provide psychiatry services at our Boston – Government Center clinic!
Prior to transitioning into nursing, I was a first-career licensed clinical social worker and a mental health therapist. I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through various life transitions. Drawing on my extensive trainings in psychotherapy and pharmacotherapeutic prescribing, my practice provides a respectful, supportive, and nurturing refuge for patients to explore growth and healing. My approach is rooted in deep listening and an authentic and compassionate presence that encourages curiosity.
I identify as a hope-building practitioner and educator. Trained as a narrative therapist, I am captivated by the gifts of stories, human connectedness, and our astounding capacity for change. The work I bring is an offering to challenge our old stories, so that we can begin to see and relate differently to ourselves, one another, and the world at large.
My deep curiosity for psychiatry stems from my lifelong fascination with the inner landscape of the human experience. I feel deeply and value my connections to myself and with my patients. Every encounter is another chance at everything! I invite you to experience our work together as a collaborative, sacred endeavor to begin exploring the change you seek.
