Intern

I am an Intern at our Foxborough clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal participant is someone who is navigating a significant life transition that has disrupted their sense of identity, purpose, or stability. My ideal participant may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity confusion, or difficulty managing relationships. The participant’s goals may include increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, developing healthier boundaries, reconnecting with their values, or cultivating self-compassion. Ultimately, they may want to feel more confident, grounded, and capable of creating a life that aligns with their authentic self.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and respect for each participant’s unique journey. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where participants can explore their inner world, feel seen and heard. I utilize mindfulness practices and strengths-based techniques to support emotional regulation and resilience.
I bring a deep commitment to creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I want you to know that you don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed, that’s okay. Reaching out is a brave first step. When you’re ready, I invite you to connect.
