My client’s emotional, physical and spiritual health is my highest priority. I work with clients who seek counseling in order to develop emotional wellness, whether they are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, social skill and relationship building, or life transitions. I am committed to supporting my clients by providing tools that will help them to better deal with their issues and find solutions for their challenges.
I help my clients to uncover their authentic self and their strengths so that they can confidently meet life’s challenges with self-compassion and confidence. Using a strengths-based and client-centered approach, along with a strong focus on behavior modification and self-discovery, the work we do together will pave the way to improving their quality of life.
I have a background in Health Communication and I am also certified as a Health and Wellness Coach, with a concentration in Nutrition. I believe strongly that there is a direct correlation between our confidence, our health and our happiness. The integrated approach I take in counseling with both traditional and holistic strategies incorporates nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support psychological wellbeing.
