Masters Level Clinician
“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us.” — David Richo
I am a dedicated mental health clinician with a passion for supporting individuals of all ages. With over six years of experience working with children and adolescents, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges young people face. My background includes extensive experience teaching in therapeutic special education and behavioral settings, boundaries, and trauma-informed work, equipping me with the skills to address complex emotional and behavioral needs, as well as maladaptive thought patterns.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and open environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, overcome trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and ultimately flourish to the point where they no longer need my guidance.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strength-based approaches.
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to continuing my growth as a clinician. I am actively expanding my knowledge to integrate spiritual approaches and coaching into my practice, offering clients additional tools for healing, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.
I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them in their journey toward healing and growth.
