Laura Lynch, MSW

Master’s Level Social Worker

I am a clinician at our Foxborough clinic who provides therapy services!

As a therapist, my ideal client is someone who is actively seeking support to better their life, even if they’re not entirely sure what that path looks like yet. The client may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or they may be navigating major life challenges. I would like to offer clients a secure, non judgmental space that allows them to feel safe, and at ease. The needs of the client are the most important, and I will actively use my intuition, active listening, and observation skills to help achieve a compassionate connection. Every client will be given a genuine space that encompasses a nonjudgmental environment. The hope is that they feel supported, valued, and respected. The goal of the client will vary per person; some may want to increase their self esteem, work to feel empowered, change an unhealthy pattern, or take back control of their lives. All goals created will be constructed through client lead discussions and collaboration. Clients are seeking guidance because they want to feel better in their own skin. They believe therapy will help them get back to enjoying life again. I am thrilled to support you along the way.

As a therapist, my approach is genuine and compassionate. I want to provide all people with a space that feels safe, nurturing, and supportive. I realize that I am not an expert in anyone’s life, so I lead by using a person-centered approach. I believe that every individual already holds the potential for healing and growth—they may just need support uncovering it along the way.

I want my clients to know that they don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You’re welcome just as you are. My role isn’t to judge or fix you—it’s to listen, to walk alongside you, and to help you discover the tools and insights that support healing and growth at your own pace. I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. I’m a genuine person who truly cares about your well-being and wants to see you succeed—not just in therapy, but in life.
