Kristen Godin, MS, LMHC, is a skilled behavioral health services leader. Known for her strengths in problem-solving, innovative thinking, and quality assurance, Kristen currently serves as the Market President of Northeast Health Services, where she manages over 21 outpatient clinics. In this role, she focuses on driving growth through productivity improvements and the successful launch of de novo sites. She ensures excellent customer service and is committed to developing talent and a positive workplace culture. As the primary P&L owner, Kristen uses data-driven strategies to improve performance and quality metrics, holding her team accountable for meeting key performance indicators.

Throughout her career, Kristen has developed a reputation for leading teams through successful startup endeavors in fast-paced, demanding industries. Her regulatory expertise spans multiple governing boards and regulatory agencies, including CARF, NCQA, COA, JCHO, DMH, CMS, DPH. Kristen holds an MS in Counseling Psychology from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, she brings her extensive academic background and professional experience to every endeavor.
