I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing therapy and completing assessments and diagnostics in mental health services. Currently I am the Clinic Director for the Milford, MA office where I oversee all daily activities of the clinic, provide supervision and support clinicians while continuing to see my own clients. I joined Northeast Health Services in March 1998 and previously directed the Taunton Office.
I focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), utilizing a client-centered approach deeply rooted in empathy and genuineness, creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel encouraged to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Over the years, I have witnessed the transformative power of this client-centered approach in fostering self-awareness and facilitating personal growth.
I am proficient in utilizing evidence-based CBT techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. By tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, I strive to equip my clients with the tools and strategies necessary for lasting positive change.
Above all, my mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve, guiding them towards a path of resilience, empowerment, and fulfillment.
