Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Intern
I am a clinician at our Woburn clinic who provides therapy services!
I hope to work with older youth and adults who are motivated towards growth and fuller self-understanding. I would love to work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions. My ideal client is someone who is seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions and experiences, gain self-awareness and understanding, and build towards growth and resilience.
As a mental health counseling intern, I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can explore thoughts and emotions without judgment. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, meaning that I believe in ones’ innate ability to grow and heal when given the right support. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help develop mindfulness, manage difficult emotions, and create meaningful changes in the lives of my clients.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or life transitions, I will work alongside you to identify patterns, clarify your values, and develop coping strategies that align with your goals. My goal is to empower you to break free from unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, so you can move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
