Master of Social Work
Hi, my name is Jade. I offer therapy services at our Worcester, MA clinic.
I’m an MSW clinical social worker with a trauma informed, attachment based background, working with adolescents ages 12 and up and adults. My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience, including trauma, grief and loss, identity development, parenting stress, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. I specialize in supporting clients who have spent much of their lives surviving and are now ready to understand themselves more deeply. My approach is relational, grounded, and paced with intention, with a focus on safety, nervous system regulation, and lasting change. If this is you, welcome!
Together, we create a safe and genuine space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore what’s been weighing on you. I join you in somatic release, grief work, and attachment based exploration as we make sense of your story, at a pace that supports safety, regulation, and meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. You don’t need the right words to begin. I value honesty, respect, and healing through connection. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and self trust. The first step starts with you.
