As a counselor-in-training specializing in clinical mental health counseling, I offer a compassionate, holistic approach to support individuals through emotional challenges, personal growth, and relationship issues.

I help clients identify and challenge irrational thoughts and beliefs that contribute to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. By shifting these cognitive patterns, clients can develop healthier, more realistic perspectives, leading to improved emotional well-being and life satisfaction. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel valued and heard. With unconditional positive regard, I create a trusting relationship that allows clients to explore their emotions openly, enabling them to make meaningful changes in their lives. I provide empathy and authenticity in every session to help clients feel understood and supported in their journey toward self-acceptance and empowerment.

What I Offer:

Individual Therapy: I work with individuals to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and personal growth. Together, we identify harmful patterns and develop strategies for emotional healing and lasting change.

Couples Counseling: I help couples strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and build emotional intimacy. Whether dealing with ongoing issues or major life transitions, my goal is to help partners create a supportive and understanding relationship.

Family Therapy: I work with families to improve communication, understand relational dynamics, and create healthier patterns of interaction. This is ideal for families facing conflict, communication breakdowns, or navigating major life changes.
