Jessica Dorsey, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Foxborough clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal client is someone who is open to self-reflection, curious about their patterns, and ready at their own pace to step into deeper self-awareness. They may be navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or past trauma, and are seeking a therapeutic space where they feel safe, seen, and heard.

I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who feel a desire to better understand themselves—not just their behaviors, but the emotions, experiences, and histories that shape them.

I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are. I utilize various approaches like CBT, ACT, and parts work to help make sense of what you’re feeling and why. This might involve exploring the narratives you’ve developed about yourself, building the capacity to sit with difficult emotions without being overwhelmed by them, or gaining insight into the different roles or patterns that emerge in various areas of your life.

I believe therapy should be responsive to what you need in the moment. Sometimes our work may be more structured and focused on patterns or behaviors; other times, it may be more reflective and emotionally driven. Above all, I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

As a therapist, I bring warmth, nonjudgment, and deep respect for each person’s story. I aim to create a space that is collaborative, supportive, and empathic, where insight and change can unfold with compassion.
