Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Gardner and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I offer therapy services at our Auburn, MA clinic.

I have significant experience treating an array of mental health disorders including those of mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD as well many more.

Much of my experience has been working with children and families; including In Home Therapy, The Department of Youth Services, DCF, as well as private practice.

I see the lifespan, ages 6 and over. I meet every client where they are at, and if you’re experiencing any mental health challenges and want a judgement free zone, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I offer a judgement free zone in my therapy session. The term “There’s not one person that couldn’t benefit from someone to talk too” is very much at the forefront of my mind when I meet clients.

Sometimes, a child will need play therapy in order to open up, with adults, it can just be a simple conversation. I offer a very laid back approach.

I’m a firm believer in breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health, especially in that of men. I truly look forward to helping each and every one of my clients, no problem that anyone is going through is “too small” in my eyes.
