Hello! My name is Jack Kramer, and I offer therapy services at our Marlborough, MA clinic.

I have been working with people for many years who have issues with addictions, behavior, and just taking control of their life. I have worked over the years with clients between 11 and 65.

I have been trained in CBT and systemic approaches to therapy. I believe it is important for clients to not only learn about why they are feeling the way they do but also to learn how to deal with those feelings

I believe that acknowledging how one feels and how to deal with those feelings is the key to getting help. I also believe that one must have a support system outside the counseling sessions in order to be successful making life changes.
