Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Attleboro clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal client is someone who could be experiencing many different symptoms (anxiety, stress, depression, etc) maybe due to trauma, life stressors and/or change and needs a safe space to navigate those challenges in order to live a more peaceful and meaningful life that they have envisioned for themselves.

I have a lot of experience working with adolescents and young adults, helping to navigate their life experiences. I am here to advocate for my clients and create a safe and welcoming environment for all. I am here to meet you where you are at. I use a trauma informed approach, incorporating aspects of CBT, ACT, & DBT with somatic and art interventions too!
