I am a clinician at our Marlborough clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal clients are individuals feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage parts of their lives. They may be facing anxiety, depression, substance use, phobias, relationship issues, or career stress. They’re looking for a supportive space to understand themselves, build coping skills, and make lasting changes. Open to exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, they want therapy that’s practical, collaborative, and empowering. They come not because they’re broken, but because they’re ready to grow.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients manage anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges. My approach is practical and evidence-based, focusing on building tools for emotional regulation, coping, and lasting change.
Therapy can be challenging but it can also be meaningful, rewarding, and even fun. I believe growth happens not only through hard work, but also through connection, curiosity, and laughter.
