Mental Health Counselor
Hello! My name is Grace Trull and I’m a masters level clinician, specializing in child development and trauma care at our Hyannis clinic. I have experience with in-home services with families and children and psychiatric emergency services. My approach is centered around active listening, strength based language and goal setting. I will work with you to feel comfortable expressing your needs and feeling heard.
Using techniques within person centered therapy and trauma informed therapy, I will aim to create a comfortable and inviting space for you to explore your feelings. We will work together to identify social supports and real life tools for when you need them most. Additionally with my knowledge of child development, we will use age appropriate interventions.
