My ideal client may be experiencing relationship issues, difficulty in navigating life transitions, or maintaining healthy lifestyle habits due to emotional distress. My ideal client is open to honest, reflective conversations that allows exploration into all layers of their lives. Together, we’ll gain insight into patterns which no longer serve you in order to build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies.
I utilize a psychodynamic approach to uncover the root of issues, tailoring each session to address the client’s unique needs in a way that feels comfortable for them. As a certified health and nutrition coach, I focus on often-overlooked factors that directly impact your mental health. My specialty areas include relationship issues, health and wellness, family conflict, ADHD, eating disorders, sexuality, gender identity, anger management, addiction, and trauma.
My goal is to help clients heal holistically and psychologically. I strive to ensure they feel not just heard, but truly understood and supported throughout every step of their therapeutic journey. I aim to build a safe, trusting relationship where no topic is off-limits, empowering clients to explore even the most sensitive or taboo areas of their lives.
