Master’s Level Social Worker
I am a clinician at our Attleboro clinic who provides therapy services!
Whether they are struggling with motivation to change or already have firm goals in mind, by walking in the door the people I serve demonstrate a desire for learning, healing, and growth. I collaborate with people who want me to work with them rather than doing the work for them. The people I serve will be open to learning about which methods are available and exploring together what works so they can make informed decisions about their own care. People I work with range from seeking support for short term challenges to long-term work requiring explorations of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, self-esteem, and identity.
We work together to discover what goals you want to achieve, how you want to achieve those goal, and let you rewrite your story, so you have power over the challenges you face. While I bring information and tools to achieve these goals, the people I work with are the experts in their lives and have the power to make their own decisions on how to proceed.
People are not defined by their problems. I see problems and challenges as something people experience that they need help to overcome rather than something inherent in their identity. My goal during our work together is to walk beside people on their journey so we can discover together what they need to heal and grow.
