My ideal client could be of any age but often tends to be children who are navigating challenging emotions and behaviors. They might be dealing with anxiety, stress, or difficulties in expressing themselves verbally. Their needs revolve around finding a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment. They are open to creative exploration as a form of self-expression. They want to feel understood, to develop coping mechanisms, and to ultimately gain a sense of empowerment and self-efficacy to help them navigate the world more confidently.
It is important to me that clients are in charge of their own therapeutic journeys, so I tailor my approach to meet individuals where they are at. I encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in ways that feel natural, effective, and safe for them. My therapeutic practice is generally centered in Cognitive-Behavioral and Art Therapy practices.
I am committed to understanding and honoring the unique experiences of each client. I strive to create a safe space for healing and growth. I approach therapy with empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration, where your needs and goals guide our work together
