Devon Whitley, MSW

Master’s Level Social Worker

I am a clinician at our Braintree clinic who provides therapy services!

Grounded in a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Salem State University and a Master’s in School Counseling from Walden University, I bring a strong social work lens to my clinical and educational practice. My career has centered around advocating for vulnerable populations, supporting families in crisis, and promoting equitable access to mental health and educational resources.

My background includes front-line social work with the child protection, where I managed complex caseloads and facilitated communication between families and service providers. I have also worked in educational and clinical settings supporting students with IEPs, assisting individuals in recovery, and tailoring services to meet diverse and evolving needs.

With expertise in case management, family systems, harm reduction, and interagency collaboration, I am committed to advancing social justice, promoting resilience, and empowering clients through strength-based, client-centered care.
