Mental Health Counselor | Intern
I am an Intern at our Foxborough clinic who offers therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who is motivated for personal growth and change, even if they are struggling to find direction. They may present with complex trauma, anxiety, or relational challenges rooted in early attachment wounds or identity-based stress.
Their issues might include difficulty regulating emotions, low self-esteem, feeling disconnected from others, or carrying internalized shame. They may also experience chronic stress, relationship dissatisfaction, or difficulty setting boundaries.
Their needs include feeling safe, understood, and accepted in a therapeutic space. They need to process and reframe painful experiences, learn healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their authentic self.
Their goals may involve reducing anxiety or depressive symptoms, increasing self-compassion, developing emotional resilience, improving communication, and building meaningful relationships. Ultimately, they want to feel empowered, live with more freedom and purpose, and cultivate a deeper understanding of who they are and what they value.
I bring empathy and compassion into each session, and I will meet you where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your needs.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. If you’re ready to explore what healing might look like for you, I invite you to take that first step. I’m here to support you.
