Mental Health Counselor
I am a clinician at our Boston: Brighton clinic who provides therapy services!
I am a Master’s level clinician with a degree from Nova Southeastern University and a passion for helping clients find balance, healing, and growth.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, strengths-based approaches, and elements of art and play therapy.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and goals—while overcoming obstacles and discovering moments of joy along the way. My goal is to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, helping them feel empowered and understood.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on long walks with my dog, running, strength training, taking road trips, and getting lost in a good book.
I’m honored to be a part of the Northeast Health Services team and look forward to supporting you on your path to mental and physical wellbeing.
