I am the Clinic Director of our Milford, MA clinic who also offers therapy services!

An ideal client would be struggling with every day life issues, anxiety, depression, communication issues in the family. The client would be highly invested in treatment and motivated, have the ability to identify and set goals.

Having a specialty in substance abuse is very valuable. Most families are touched on some level by substance abuse especially in our current environment with the prescription drug epidemic and escalating use and legalization of marijuana. Many people also have trauma from growing up in the dynamics of a substance abuse home. It is important to work through the trauma in therapy as well as to identify the roles in the alcoholic/ drug abusing families that members take. If the client has a substance abuse issue I am able to help assess that and offer a path to recovery.

In addition to my substance abuse specialty I have had over 30 years experience in mental health both in private practice as well as community mental health , courts, and protective work.
