I am dedicated to supporting individuals suffering from depression and anxiety stemming from interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, career challenges, and self-development, among other areas. Additionally, I am deeply committed to helping those struggling with substance abuse or dual diagnosis. My clients often seek to regain the energy needed to handle daily life challenges and to pursue their personal goals. Depression, anxiety, and substance abuse can significantly hinder problem-solving abilities and diminish motivation. My aim is to help you overcome these obstacles, empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and goal-oriented life.

I utilize DBT, CBT, and integrate Creative Art Therapy (CAT). DBT imparts practical skills for communication and emotion regulation, seamlessly woven into daily life. CBT delves into thought patterns, revealing their influence on mood and heightening awareness. CAT offers a creative, non-verbal outlet for expressing thoughts and feelings.

Since moving from Shanghai to study in the U.S., I’ve gained diverse experiences that shaped my values, broadened my interests, and connected me with friends worldwide.
