Licensed Clinical Social Worker
My ideal clients are individuals, ranging from young to older adults navigating feelings of overwhelm, emotional challenges, relational difficulties, or life transitions. They may have experienced complex trauma, anxiety, depression, substance misuse or substance use disorder, the impacts of systemic oppression, racial, or intergenerational trauma. I also enjoy working with people who are immigrants and first generation, who are ready to reflect on the intersections of their identity and third culture. Their goals include seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, and developing healthier coping strategies, to build a greater sense of self-worth, self-trust, and emotional resilience. They want to feel more connected to who they are, seek personal growth, find presence, and reclaim agency in their life.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative safe space that is focused on your strengths. Through a holistic, person-centered approach I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), emphasizing mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. I am dedicated to helping you find your own path to healing, invite curiosity in, and release judgment. Freeing yourself to reimagine new possibilities and ways of being.
I’m here to walk beside you to help you remember your inner wisdom, and build a life aligned with your values. I believe healing isn’t linear—and that transformation often begins with small, intentional shifts. If you’re looking for a therapist who honors your space and freedom to be who you are, as you are, while feeling heard and supported in exploring life’s complexities, I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey.
