I’m Allison, and I offer therapy services at our Woburn, MA clinic.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I work with adults (18+) who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of feeling stuck. My professional background includes working with incarcerated individuals, supporting individuals through trauma, identity development, accountability, emotional regulation, and re-integration. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help you build confidence and resilience in the areas that matter the most. I offer a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you can feel heard, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

Together we will work to better understand your emotions, build effective coping skills, and strengthen your sense of confidence and direction. Working with you collaboratively, we can tailor our work for your unique needs.
