I aim to develop strategies to manage overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and stress, and help my clients rebuild a sense of self-worth and identity that may have been damaged by trauma in their life.
I can help by using therapeutic approaches such as CBT to focus on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors, emphasizes body awareness, take a look at the unconscious parts and past experiences that influence current behavior.
