Maybe you’re managing executive function concerns, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma, or going through major life changes – and even though you’re keeping it together on the outside, it feels like something’s off inside. You might not have the words for it yet, but you know you want to feel better.

You’re looking for clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of what’s going on. You want to feel more grounded and in control, to reconnect with yourself, and to move through life with more ease and purpose. My role is to meet you wherever you are – with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based care so we can work together to help you get where you want to be.

As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner I provide compassionate, collaborative psychiatric care for adults navigating a variety of mental health concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for treating the LGBTQ+ community and women’s mental health concerns. I provide medication management along with therapeutic interventions grounded in a trauma informed and whole-person approach.
