  • Therapy: Licensed therapists provide evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and IPT, adapted to each client’s goals. 
  • Psychiatry: We offer medication management personalized to you. 
  • Interventional TMS and Spravato are FDA-approved for adults with difficult-to-treat depression and administered under the supervision of our trained medical staff. Spravato is only for adults, but TMS is for adolescents and adults.

What information should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent medical or mental health records. Writing down questions or topics you’d like to discuss can help your provider tailor your care. 

No. You can schedule without a diagnosis. Our intake team will connect you with a provider who can assess your symptoms and recommend the right type of care. 

When you reach out, our intake team will ask about your preferences, schedule, and goals for care. We’ll then connect you with a member of our team whose experience best fits your needs. 

Yes. Many clients choose to combine in-person and telehealth sessions. You and your provider can decide on a schedule that offers the best balance of flexibility and continuity of care. 

  • Therapy: Focuses on exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with a therapist to build coping skills and support personal growth. 
  • Psychiatry: Involves medical evaluation and treatment with medication or other clinical interventions. Psychiatric providers can prescribe medication, adjust dosages, and collaborate with therapists for integrated care.
